Moller-Nielsen will head up West Brom's talent spotting operation in Scandinavia.
Tommy said - Albion have specifically targeted Scandinavia as a source of new talent. The clubs here are finding life as financially difficult as it is elsewhere in Europe. They are looking to sell if they have a good player.
"Usually, you find you get value for money and a player who can speak English. The culture over here is similar so the player should be able to fit in more easily than, say, someone from Italy or South America."
