This Week's Fab Four

This Weeks "Trust Me I'm Just Like A Doctor" Football Forecasts

Odds & Sods - No less than ten winners romped home with the money last week,
but no Fab Four forecast due to reduced number of games. Some good picks
this week from a full fixture list so let’s see if we can get four of them
bundled together.

The four below will return 40/1 for a straight accumulator. But punters
could also possibly find even better value, or less risk, from the best of
the rest picks.

This Weeks Fab Four

SCOTTISH PREMIER LEAGUE

RANGERS 6/5 v Celtic (Playing Sunday)

Rangers home record this season reads played 16, won 16.  In fact the last
time Fortress Ibrox got breached was by Celtic way back in September 2001
when under Dick Advocaat the blues suffered their only home defeat of the
season.

Celtics away form does not read like the stuff of Champions with only 3 wins
from 9 outings. More recently they followed up their pre-break win over
Rangers with only won win v Kilmarnock, which was sandwiched between a draw
v Dundee and a defeat against Hearts last week.

Dunfermline  v HEARTS 6/4

Hearts last ten games have shown a solitary loss versus Rangers, two draws,
and seven wins the latest of which was at the expense of Celtic last week.
Such consistent form has kept the Jambo’s firmly in 3rd place. Dunfermline’s
5th position clearly flatters them as they have only two wins in their last
ten games, lost six and two were drawn.

SCOTTISH LEAGUE DIVISION 1

Alloa v INVERNESS CT 13/8

After losing their manager a string of 4-in-a-row straight defeats in
February put paid to ICT’s (then) very real Championship prospects. Since
then however, the Highlanders have won 5 and drawn once in their past 8
matches. Their two defeats were at the hands of  high-flying Clyde.

Alloa sit in 9th place possibly due to having one of the worst home records
in the league having only won two out of sixteen games were they were the
hosts.

ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE - Leeds v BLACKBURN 7/4

Blackburn in 7th are on a fine roll at the moment with only two defeats,
away both times to Newcastle and Man United, blotting their winning streak
over the past eight games. The sole draw versus Bolton last week will not
worry them unduly.

Leeds form is an almost exact reverse with only two wins from their last
eight, the five straight defeats, and one draw, has sent them plummeting
down to 15th in the Premiership.

Best of the rest:

ENGLISH PREM
BIRMINGHAM EVENS v Middlesbro
CHARLTON 6/5 v Southampton

ENGLISH DIV 1
COVENTRY 6/5 v Gillingham
CRYSTAL PALACE 6/5 v Stoke
SHEFF UTD 6/5 v Wolves
WALSALL 11/10 v Derby

ENGLISH DIV 2
Cardiff 6/5 v Wigan
Northampton v Plymouth 6/5
Port Vale 11/10 v Huddersfield
QPR 5/4 v Crewe
Wycombe 6/5 v Colchester

ENGLISH DIV 3
HULL 5/4 v Kidderminster
Southend v BURY evens

SCOTTISH LEAGUE DIVISION 2
DUMBARTON 11/10 v Stenhousemuir
Stranraer v RAITH ROVERS 11/10

SUNDAY SUPPLEMENT: A nice, but dodgy, 6/1 double could be gained if RANGERS
6/5 and KILMARNOCK 7/4  (away to Dundee) both get full points on Sunday.
