For the record, shareholders have proposed 4 non-executive appointments to improve corporate governance and financial transparency on the Board.

The nominations are:

Paul Murray-chartered accountant with 25 years experience in private equity. Former Board director.

Scott Murdoch-founder and managing partner of a global retail property advisory business.

Malcolm Murray-fund manager with 33 years experience in the City including the successful stewardship of a 25% shareholding in Man Utd. Former Chairman.

Alex Wilson-successful career in industry with senior executive roles at Ford, Diageo and BT. Recently retired and focused on non-executive board positions and charity work.

In summary 4 successful professionals who are all lifelong Rangers supporters.
