"This is a very serious match for us. We want to win.We will give our best. A win would be a big success for us.

"I expect a very good performance. We know the strengths and weaknesses of the Scottish team. They were the better team in Oslo until the red card. I regard the Scots as the second best team in the group (after Holland). This is the strongest group of them all."

Jonuz expressed little sympathy for under-pressure Scottish Manager George Burley:

"Coaches are always in such a position. I am only focused on a result for Macedonia. Coaching is a very hard job - but I rate George Burley as a very good Coach."

Reflecting on the first meeting between the two sides one year ago in Skopje when Macedonian won 1-0, the Serbian stressed:

That was a game of two halves. Macedonia the first half, Scotland the second. Tomorrow will be entirely different, but all of Macedonia expects us to win."
