Latapy considers his options

Latapy is unhappy at lack of chances
Rangers' forgotten midfielder Russell Latapy has compared his situation at Ibrox to that of his longtime pal Dwight Yorke at Manchester United before signing for Blackburn Rovers.

"One of the reasons Dwight left Manchester United was because he was not playing as much football as he would have wanted to. It is always difficult when you are not playing, but in fairness to the boys, they are playing very well at the moment, and it's not a case where I can knock on the manager's door and ask what is happening.

"I have said it before: I am 34 and I want to play for another year or two, as long as I feel fit enough. So if an opportunity comes up and someone comes in, I am going to have to consider it. My contract runs out at the end of the season, and I don't know what the situation will be. But you never know; I might get in the team suddenly and do well. So I will have to deal with situations when they arise."
