U21 League - Rangers 1 (Fetai 57) Dundee 0

Last updated : 25 March 2004 By Grandmaster Suck

The fixture was the second meeting between the
clubs in three days, a 3-3 draw having been fought out
at Dens Park on Monday afternoon.

The Ibrox youngsters had the better of the first-half
with Chris Burke, Charlie Adam and Ross McCormack all
going close, but the interval arrived with the game
still goalless.

Hamed Namouchi was perhaps the most impressive of the
Light Blue youngsters, and it was his cross in 57
minutes that led to the deadlock being broken when
substitute Gary Fraser laid the ball off for Fetai to
sweep the ball home.

Rangers might have added to their lead in the final
stages of the game, but had to be satisfied with a 1-0
win.
