Rangers¹ under-18 side defeated Hibernian 2-0 in
Edinburgh on Saturday thanks to two goals from
Darryl Duffy.

A goalless first-half left the game evenly balanced,
but the deadlock was broken in 56 minutes when Duffy
pounced on a short passback to drill home a right-foot
shot.

It was Duffy again who sealed victory when his drive
from the edge of the penalty area found the net with
fourteen minutes remaining courtesy of a fortuitous
bounce on the pitch.
