Rangers Supporters Assembly urges boycott of Dunfermline FC food outlets on Sunday

The statement reads:-

Dunfermline v Rangers

Sunday 13th. August

Yet again we are being asked to accept an increase in ticket prices. This latest increase by Dunfermline means that we are now paying 28% more than we did for the same fixture 4 years ago.

Surely now is the time to say “enough is enough.”

For years we have been “used” by other clubs and it is now time for the worm to turn.

The Rangers Supporters Assembly has fired a warning shot at Dunfermline, by returning a token amount of unsold tickets. To ensure that Dunfermline realise we mean business, we need to hurt them where it hurts most.

We are calling on all Rangers fans to back us in our attempt to get a fair deal, by boycotting the fast food outlets inside the stadium. The loss of this income with the threat of us returning considerably more tickets for our next visit to these parts, will hopefully have the desired effect. Let's face it, when they see us coming, all they see are £ signs.

Please help us in our efforts to get a fair deal, boycott all their products and show once again that

WE ARE THE PEOPLE.
