5 To Follow
Rather than do the usual Man U, Arsenal, Rangers, C****C & someone else 5 timer I have picked 5 teams to back every week. They might not win as often as the aforementioned but if or when they do we should get a better return.
The 5 are: Southampton, Sheffield Utd, QPR, Hull & Peterhead.
A £5 accumulator on the 5 this weekend will return £111.38

Spread Bet
For the uninitiated spread betting can be quite scary, for the initiated it can be very scary indeed and unless you can afford to lose a few bob stick to the fixed odds. The upside is the potential for bigger wins.
This weekend I suggest a bet on 'Goal Minutes' This means that if your player scores in the 40th min and the 60th min he is awarded 100 Goal mins. The spread betting companies have been caught on the hop by seemingly failing to realise that Mr Arteta is our penalty taker. They have been offering a spread of around 6-9 minutes on Arteta recently. This means that if you 'Buy' for £1 and Arteta scores in the 89th min like he did last week you win £80. If he fails to score your maximum loss is £9.
Inevitably the market on Arteta will go up to around 18-21 if he keeps scoring but that probably still represents good value as we will get at least 10 more penalties in the course of the season and Arteta can and will score goal from open play as well.
If you want to open a spread betting account I recommend www.bethilo.com for beginners, it is very easy to use. www.cantorsport.com offers a better range of markets and also a free £50 bet for new customers but is more complex.
