CANADA-SCOTLAND UNDER 20 MATCH MOVED

Last updated : 24 March 2007 By Grandmaster Suck

Due to poor pitch conditions caused by persistent rain in the Vancouver
area, organizers on Friday decided to move the match from Swanguard
Stadium in Burnaby, B.C., to Percy Perry Stadium (formerly known as the
Coquitlam Town Centre Stadium) in Coquitlam, B.C.

Kick-off time has been put back three hours to 4.00 pm local time,
which is seven hours behind Scotland (not eight hours as previously
indicated).

The Coquitlam stadium has an artificial surface, making it better able
to stand up to the weather conditions.

The match will still be broadcast live worldwide on the internet by
CBC, via www.cbc.ca/sports and fans in Scotland can pick up coverage
from 11 pm tonight.
